Shipping and returns

At Organic Reworks (Unteks Design & Marketing S.L.), we work exclusively with industry professionals (retailers, distributors, sales agents, etc.), so our shipping and returns terms are tailored to the B2B channel.

Delivery Scope

We ship throughout Spain (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands). For international orders, please contact our team to discuss specific terms and costs.

Delivery Times

Orders in stock available in our warehouses in Spain: within 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation.

Orders in stock in transit: the estimated delivery time is 15 business days.

Shipping Costs

Orders over [€800]: free shipping.

Orders under [€800]: a fee will apply, which in no case will exceed [€24.00] + VAT.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated upon order confirmation and are reflected on the invoice.

Shipping and Liability

Orders are shipped using professional shipping companies. Once the merchandise is delivered to the carrier, the risk is transferred to the buyer, in accordance with commercial regulations.

In the event of an incident during shipping, the customer must indicate any anomalies (damaged packaging, missing packages, etc.) on the delivery note and notify us within a maximum of 24 hours.

Returns

General Conditions

As these are business-to-business transactions, returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product defective from the factory
  • Preparation error by Organic Reworks (Unteks Design & Marketing S.L.)
  • Shortcomings or errors in the number of units received

Deadline for notifying a return

You must notify our customer service team in writing within a maximum of 5 calendar days of receiving the merchandise, indicating:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Reference(s) affected
  • Description of the problem
  • Photographs, if applicable

Once the incident has been validated, a replacement will be sent, a credit note issued, or the product will be collected, as appropriate.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customer error when placing an order
  • Used or tampered products
  • Seasonal items that are already sold out or on sale
  • Custom or custom-made garments
