Manufacturing Process

Our organic clothing manufacturing process involves several steps, each with sustainability and minimizing the impact on our environment in mind. Below is our production process:

I grow organic fibers

Our cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). We source our products using natural methods such as crop rotation and composting to maintain soil health.

Harvest and preparation

Once crops are harvested, they are cleaned and prepared for processing without the use of harmful chemicals. For example, organic cotton is hand-selected to reduce damage to the fiber.

Yarn

Raw organic fibers are spun into yarn. This process is mechanical and should avoid the use of chemical agents often used to treat non-organic fibers.

Ecological Dyeing

Organic clothing is often dyed using eco-friendly dyes. These can include natural dyes derived from plants, fruits, or insects, and low-impact synthetic dyes that reduce environmental effects. No toxic heavy metals or harmful chemicals like formaldehyde are used.

weaving and knitting

The yarn is woven or knitted into the fabric using eco-friendly techniques. Our factories follow sustainable practices, minimizing water and energy consumption.

Finish

The fabric undergoes finishing treatments to give it the desired texture and look. In the case of organic clothing, this step avoids chemicals such as chlorine bleaches, fabric softeners, or formaldehyde-based finishes. Instead, natural or mechanical processes are used to soften or finish the fabric.

Cutting and sewing

The fabric is cut and sewn to form the garments. This is where ethical manufacturing practices come into play, ensuring that our workers are treated fairly and work in safe conditions. Every operation during this process is clearly defined, documented and subject to strict monitoring and control standards in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS).

Packaging and distribution

Sustainable, biodegradable or recyclable packaging is used to ship our organic products. We use minimal packaging or innovative materials to reduce waste. This process ensures that organic clothing is better for both the environment and the people involved in its production.
