What is the founding purpose of Organic Reworks? 

Organic Reworks is a brand operating under a catalog-based business model. The company focuses on stocking ready-to-wear products and aims to facilitate online wholesale sales through its own website. 

How can I request a customer account? 

You simply have to register as if it were a classic e-commerce site. It is important that you fill in all the required fields. As soon as we receive your registration as a customer, our Internal Sales Department will review it and contact you to begin the collaboration. 

Managing Your Account Information 

To update your customer account details, simply log in to our webshop and navigate to the “My Account” section, where you can modify your password and shipping addresses. For any changes related to company information, please contact your assigned Internal Sales representative directly for assistance. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by clicking on the password reset link. Enter your registered email address and select “Submit”. A new, automatically generated password will then be sent to your email address.

Where do we make our Organic Reworks garments? 

All our items are made in Turkey. With its main production facility located in Diyarbakır, in the southeastern region of Türkiye, the company has established itself as one of the leading enterprises committed to fostering employment and supporting the local workforce. 

Product Certification 

All of our products are certified, and comprehensive documentation is available for each certification. We hold internationally recognized certifications, including GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, and BCI. While not every product carries all certifications—since requirements vary depending on fabric composition—every item we produce fully complies with our sustainability standards and criteria. 

Labels 

All of our garments are supplied with two labels that provide essential product information. The care label, located on the inside left seam, contains multiple sheets detailing the item reference, certification, fabric composition, and washing instructions. The size label, positioned at the inside back of the neck, indicates the garment’s size and is deliberately offset to allow sufficient space for the addition of custom branding or screen printing. Furthermore, all Organic Reworks labels are designed as peel-off labels, ensuring easy and seamless removal whenever required. 

Product Care and Personalisation Guidelines 

All Organic Reworks products are manufactured in compliance with the highest textile industry standards, ensuring durability, strength, and quality across both physical and chemical properties. To maintain these standards and extend the lifespan of each garment, it is recommended to follow the care instructions provided on the label of every item. In general, garments should be washed at 30°C and air-dried to preserve fabric integrity and reduce environmental impact. In addition, all our garments are specifically designed for personalisation and can be enhanced using a variety of techniques, including transfer printing, screen printing, digital printing, and embroidery.
