Who is the Organic Reworks webshop intended for?

The Organic Reworks webshop is intended for professionals in the promotional garment printing and alteration sector or any other commercial activity that involves the sale of our modified products. This webshop is not intended for individuals.

How can I request a customer account?

You simply have to register as if it were a classic e-commerce site. It is important that you fill in all the required fields. As soon as we receive your registration as a customer, our Internal Sales Department will review it and contact you to begin the collaboration.

How do I modify my customer account information?

Log in to our webshop and click on "My Account" to modify your password and shipping addresses. If you want to modify your company information, please contact your Internal Sales representative.

How can I reset my password?

If you already have an account, but you do not remember the password, click here to reset it. Enter your email address and click "Submit". A new password will be automatically generated and sent to you by email.

Where do we make our Organic Reworks garments?

We are proud to say that all our items are made in Turkey. Our commitment to the textile industry in that geographical area has not only contributed to the economic prosperity of the country, but also to the social development of its workers.

Are our products certified?

All Organic Reworks products are certified, and the certification depends on the fabric they are made from. For more information, please see the "Materials - Certification" section of the "FAQ - Sustainability" page.

Why are some products not GOTS certified?

A textile product bearing the GOTS label of “organic” grade must contain a minimum of 95% certified organic fibres, while a product bearing the label “made with organic material” must contain at least 70% certified organic fibres.

Some of our products are made from a blend of organic cotton and other environmentally friendly materials (e.g. materials made from paper pulp fibres) where organic cotton makes up less than 70% of the total composition of the garment. These products are certified to the OCS standard, e.g. 50% organic cotton/50% Modal® or 50% organic cotton/50% Tencel®.

How do I care for Organic Reworks products?

All of our products meet the textile industry standards and requirements for their physical and chemical properties, as well as strength and durability. Washing instructions can be found on the label of each item. Most garments should be washed at 30°C and air dried (i.e. not tumble dried).

As well as helping you protect the environment, these care instructions will help you extend the life of your products as much as possible.

Are our garments suitable for printing and embroidery?

All of our garments are designed for personalisation and can be embellished. Transfer printing, screen printing, digital printing and embroidery techniques can also be used on almost all garments.

For best results, please refer to the printing recommendations for each product specified on our website. To ensure the eco-friendliness of our products, please choose environmentally friendly techniques.

What labels do our garments carry?

All of our garments come with two labels:

Care label: This label is located on the inside left seam of the product and is made up of several sheets indicating the item reference, certification, fabric composition and washing instructions.

Size Label: This label is located on the inside back of the neck and indicates the size of the product. It is offset to allow enough room for a label with your own branding or screen printing.

All Organic Reworks labels are peel-off for easy removal.

What is the distributor network?

We have created a new way of manufacturing and shipping finished products of the highest quality with the first exclusive network of textile printers in Europe: Organic Reworks Official Distributors.

Who are our distributors?

Official distributors are exclusive partners of Organic Reworks who have committed to a long-term business relationship with us and who share our vision and values. The network is mainly made up of printers, textile companies and distributors, and they are authorized to customize and resell our collections to all types of end customers.

Why do we have an official distributor network?

Our official distributors know our collections better than anyone else and show them to you in an attractive shop that will allow you to get a real idea of ​​what the products are like. By being able to see, touch and try them, you will be able to better assess their quality and finish, allowing you to make a more informed decision.

Our distributors are experts in textile decoration and can offer you a perfect, personalized final product with the technique of your choice. They can also offer you other services, such as labelling.
